Flatten Back and Roll Up

Stretch your upper body to flatten your back, still bending your knees. Straighten your legs to stretch your hamstrings. Hold your ankles and stretch your upper body between your legs. Lengthen your neck, and don't allow your head to drop.After a good stretch, slowly roll up from the bottom of your spine, straightening your legs.
