  • Stretch your upper body to flatten your back, still bending your knees.
  • Straighten your legs to stretch your hamstrings.
  • Hold your ankles and stretch your upper body between your legs.
  • Lengthen your neck, and don't allow your head to drop.
  • After a good stretch, slowly roll up from the bottom of your spine, straightening your legs.
