Straddle jump...split jump...toe touch...straddle leap...whatever you call them, they are fun to watch and even more fun to perform. In order to perform a straddle jump, however, you must be flexible and strong. Work on achieving your straddle split
for flexibility, and practice jumping high off the ground to improve you strength.
- Begin with both feet together, hands by your sides.
- Relax your shoulders and keep your knees soft.
