To perform a stag leap, stand with your feet together. Bend your knees then jump into the air, bending both legs at the knee. Try to wrap your back leg around your body, with your knee parallel to the floor, as in attitude. Point your front toe down to the floor beneath you.
As you leap into the air, lift your arms over your head into a V position. Your arms will help you lift high into the air help you remain in the air longer.
